Medicare
You or your child are entitled up to six sessions in a calendar year (with additional four sessions if required) if you have a Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) from your GP, psychiatrist or paediatrition. Please bring both your MHCP and completed client information form with you (or ask your GP to email this to us) at your first session in order to claim your rebate from Medicare.
NDIS
We provide services to clients who are either self managed or plan managed with the NDIS. Please visit www.ndis.gov.au if you would like more information.
Private Health
You may be able to use your private health fund to claim a certain percentage of your fee. Please contact your private health fund to confirm if this is available for you or your child.

Please note if you contact us more than 48 hours in advance no fee will be charged to you, otherwise the following fees may be applied: Less than 24 hour notice - 100 % of the session fee will be charged. Less than 48 hour notice - 50 % of the session fee will be charged.
